Payment in full is required before your consult.

Please schedule your consult date and time as quickly as possible (you'll receive a link to my booking calendar via email).

If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

If you do not show up to your consult you are not entitled to rescheduling or a refund.

We do not offer refunds except in the case that I have to cancel your consult due to a personal emergency. If this happens, I will let you know with as much advance notice as possible so you can reschedule or you can request a full refund.

What's Not Included In the Consults?

Since we're not travel agents, we cannot book anything on your behalf.

But we can recommend the best booking sites for your trip, show you how to buy German train tickets or make seat reservations, etc.

We'll also send you a cheatsheet with sites and services we recommend for easy booking.
