Payment in full is required before your consult.

If you need to reschedule your Zoom/phone consult, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

If you don’t show up to your scheduled live consult you are not entitled to reschedule or a refund.

We do not offer refunds except in the case that we have to cancel due to a personal emergency. If this happens, we will let you know with as much advance notice as possible so you can reschedule, or you can request a full refund.
